Lofts don't forgive guesswork. Sloping ceilings, restricted headroom, timbers everywhere a tape measure wants to go — this one got scanned in place, every angle captured first time. Ground floor to roofline, plus a topographical survey of the site, delivered without a single return visit.
Every Angle in the Bay
Some features punish hand-measuring more than others. A curved bay window is one of them — every angle slightly different from the last. This one got measured directly within the point cloud, degree by degree, then carried straight through into a dimensioned floor plan. Gross Internal Area: 62.47 m².
