Inside the Loft
Sloping ceilings and restricted headroom make lofts notoriously difficult to measure by hand. Scanned in place instead, with every angle captured first time and nothing left to double-check on a second visit.


From Scan to Drawing
Every scan is registered into a single, millimetre-accurate point cloud before a line is drawn — the step that makes the difference between a plan that looks right and one that actually is.


Precision Where It Matters
Ridge height, measured directly in the point cloud: 2.218m. The kind of number that matters a great deal once someone's trying to stand up in the finished space.

Ground floor, first floor, elevations, section, loft plan, roof plan, and a topographical survey — the full set, delivered in one pass.


No return visits, no conflicting measurements. The design team moved straight into the loft conversion.
