What affects the price
Why every quote is different
- Size: floors, rooms or site area
- Drawings needed: plans only, or elevations, sections and roof plan as well
- Level of detail and any special requirements
- Access, parking and how busy the site is
- Turnaround you need
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown are guide prices excluding VAT.
Why are prices shown as “from”?
Every site is different. Size, access, the drawings you need and the level of detail all affect the work, so each job gets its own fixed, itemised quote before anything is booked.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included in the fixed quote. Send the site postcode with your enquiry.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is due before work starts. The balance is invoiced when the drawings are complete, and final files are issued on full payment.
How quickly can I get an exact price?
Send the site address, what the survey is for and any existing drawings. With those details you get a fixed, itemised quote within 2 working hours on weekdays.
